What We Believe

• We believe there is one God, the Father.
• We believe there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live. (1Cor 8:6).
• We believe Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus is called the only begotten of the Father (1Jn 4:9) who was sent to bring reconciliation and life to mankind. Jesus said His Father was greater than He (Jn 14:28). Jesus became flesh and willingly offered himself as the sacrifice for sin (Jn 1:14, Heb 9:28). The risen glorified Christ sits at the right hand of the Father (Heb 10:12). Jesus has become both High priest and king of kings according to the order of Melchizedek (Heb 6:20, Rev 19:16).
• We believe that as children of God, we strive to be part of His Kingdom with all others He is Calling, that He extends to us through grace, through the redemption of his Son, who laid down His life that we might go boldly before His throne to obtain His mercy (Heb 4:16).
• We keep the seventh day Sabbath (Exo 20:8), meeting most Sabbaths to an agreed schedule of locations, topics and speakers.
• We also keep the Holy Days of Scripture (summarised in Lev 23): Passover and Days of Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement and the Feast of Tabernacles and Last Great Day (often spent over 8 days together at a designated location).
• We believe that Scripture reveals the significance of these days as they lay out God’s intentions for all mankind and therefore provide, with extraordinary clarity, the purpose for our lives in the Kingdom of God (Isa 9:6).
